My parents operated a New York City-style hot dog cart in the mid-to-late 1970s, providing quality hot dogs to customers at various venues throughout the Upstate NY Region.

Now, I'm continuing their legacy by serving the same delicious Sabrett hot dogs as well as artisan sandwiches, Mac N Cheese and Chili to Dothan and Houston County.

My passion and therapy is cooking and serving food to folks. It brings me great pride and enjoyment to feed people. I've always been hard working with attention to detail and after putting in 39 years in the HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Maintenance fields I am now doing what I have always wanted to do.

I source my food from quality vendors locally as well as traveling to Atlanta priodically to get the best quality items I can put on my menu for my customers.

Quality deli meats are hand chosen by me at my vendor in Atlanta so I know exactly what quality meat I am getting. My hot dog chili is homemade as well as my Mac N Cheese and Southern Style Cabbage.
